What is coaching?

Coaching is a process and partnership that empowers you to accelerate forward, particularly when you find yourself stuck. By realigning your momentum, life becomes more manageable, peaceful, and fulfilling. A coach won't dictate solutions or provide all the answers. Instead, a coach offers objectivity, non-judgmental support, attentive listening, and aids in uncovering strategies and steps tailored to your needs. As a client, you hold the responsibility to commit to achieving the mutually agreed-upon action steps and driving your own success.

Benefits of coaching

What participants can expect

  • 6 to 10 coaching sessions
  • Coach and participant will determine other mutually agreeable dates and times for phone video or in person coaching
  • Goals for coaching will be determined by participant.

What is required of participants

  • Commit to the coaching sessions with CCA coach.
  • Follow up on any field work agreed to during the coaching session
  • Complete a survey when coaching is completed (optional)
